The App collects your email address (as a requirement of the Google Workspace Marketplace store) & your current locale in order to provide appropriate content.

Additionally, only when you explicitly choose to report an email, the App processes metadata related to that specific email, including the sender's email address, subject line, and date received.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We may automatically collect your email address & your current locale when you access the App. Email metadata is collected strictly upon your manual action of submitting a phishing report.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use your email address & locale to validate your access to the Google Workspace account and to provide you with access to the App. The reported email metadata (sender, subject, date) and your optional comments are securely transmitted to the SECAWA platform APIs and your organization's security team to analyze and prevent potential phishing threats. We do not share your information with any third-party marketing services.

4. Who Has Access to Personal Information

Your email address is kept secure by Google Workspace security policies. We do not have access to your email address, and it is not human accessible.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We rely on the Google Workspace security policies to keep your email address secure.
