Welcome to our Google Workspace Add-on Report Phishing App - an integral part of the SECAWA platform, whose privacy policy can be found at the link https://platform-v2.secawa.link/en/policies/privacy. 

Before using our app, please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use our app.

1. Scope of App

Our app allows you to report any message that seems to be a phishing. To provide this functionality, our app requires the following scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email  - Allows the project to read the current user's email address.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request - Allows the project to make UrlFetch requests. This is also required if the project makes use of the OAuth2 for Apps Script library.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.addons.execute - Required if the add-on accesses Gmail event metadata. Allows the add-on to access event metadata.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.addons.current.message.action - Grants access to the open message's content upon a user interaction, such as when an add-on menu item is selected. Requires an access token.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.addons.current.message.readonly - Grants temporary access to the open message's metadata and content. Also grants access to the content of other messages in the open thread. Requires an access token.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.addons.current.action.compose - Required if the add-on uses compose action triggers. Allows the add-on to temporarily create new draft messages and replies. See Composing draft messages for details; this scope is also often used with compose actions. Requires an access token.

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.send_mail - Required when the add-on sends the message to the security team via MailApp.sendEmail()

By using our app, you grant our app permission to access and use the above scopes to provide the services offered by our app.

2. Use of App

You may use our app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may not use our app:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.

To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter" or "spam" or any other similar solicitation.

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us or our app or any other person or entity.

To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our app, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of our app or expose them to liability.

3. Intellectual Property

Our app and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may use our app and its contents only for your personal and non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our app, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our app will be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our app or with the delay or inability to use our app, or for any information, products, and services obtained through our app, or otherwise arising out of the use of our app, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our app after we make changes to these Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Therefore, we advise you to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed about any updates.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or our app shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in our jurisdiction.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the use of our app and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
